Refund Policy for MFI Magic Art

 Overview
This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which MFI Magic Art LLC  issues refunds for purchases made on our website. This policy is designed to comply with applicable consumer protection laws and to establish clear legal relations between you and us regarding the purchase of our original mixed media artworks.

General Conditions for Returns & Refunds
Because we sell original, one-of-a-kind mixed media artworks, each piece is unique. As a result, all sales are considered final under the following conditions:

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges solely because you change your mind or do not like the artwork after it arrives. We encourage you to review all images, descriptions, and dimensions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a piece, please contact us before completing your order.

  • Change in Value: We do not offer refunds due to a change in the perceived value of the artwork after purchase.

Damage in Transit
We take great care in packaging our artwork to ensure it reaches you safely. However, if your artwork arrives damaged:

  • Notification: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing art@mfiprepress.com with:

    • Your order number.

    • Photos of the damaged artwork and the packaging it arrived in.

  • Resolution: We will work with you to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Depending on the situation, we may offer a repair (if feasible), a replacement (if a similar piece is available), or a full refund once the claim is processed.

Manufacturing Defects or Significant Variance
While mixed media art is inherently textural and varied, if your artwork arrives with a significant manufacturing defect (e.g., a broken frame that wasn't damaged in transit) or is materially different from its online description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos. We will assess the issue and, if a defect is verified, provide instructions for return and issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.

Time frame for Refund Requests
Any claims regarding damage or defects must be submitted within the time frames specified in Sections 3 and 4 above. Refund requests made after these periods cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For Damaged/Defective Items: If we determine a return is necessary for a damaged or defective item, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. Do not return any artwork without first contacting us and receiving authorization.

  • For Other Reasons: As noted in Section 2, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

 Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned artwork (if applicable) and confirm its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within ten business days. Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
